We collect account data, workspace data, connector metadata, and operational logs needed to run, secure, and improve the service.

How We Use Information

We use data to provide CRM features, sync connected services, generate AI-assisted insights, and maintain security and reliability.

Google User Data

If you connect Google services, we request read-only scopes to sync relevant CRM context such as Gmail message content and metadata, calendar event details, and your basic Google account profile fields (such as email address). We use this data to power activity timeline sync, relationship intelligence, and recommended follow-ups.

We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to data brokers. Access is limited to the minimum functionality needed to provide requested product features.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers strictly to operate the platform and as required by law.

Retention and Deletion

You can disconnect Google connectors at any time. We stop future syncs after disconnect and honor deletion and export requests in accordance with applicable law and contractual obligations.

Google API Services Disclosure

Rabbhole's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data, subject to applicable law.
